Returns
We do not accept returns. To qualify for a refund, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number), and your order must show undelivered status according to carrier tracking information.
Refunds
If your product is scratched or damaged, you might be eligible for a replacement. We offer replacements for damaged products if you provide photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. If a product does not stick well to a case or phone, you may qualify for a replacement product instead of a refund.

If you have successfully activated your product but still experience issues tapping to a compatible device after contacting justtaponn@gmail.com, you may qualify for a replacement. If issues persist after activating a replacement product, you may be eligible for a refund. If we cannot verify a defect, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Once a refund is approved, you will receive an email notification. The refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-6 days.
Warranty
If your product is damaged or loses its adhesive within 30 days of delivery, you qualify for a free replacement. If damage occurs after 30 days, you may be eligible for a replacement or discount code. Contact justtaponn@gmail.com to determine eligibility.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing may take time. Next, contact your bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at justtaponn@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Shipping
